When my wife and I decided that we wanted to live in Pine Mountain Club, Stacey happened to be the selling agent of a house that we wanted to see. What a fortunate turn of events! Having purchased homes on several states over the last twenty-five years, we’ve dealt with many Realtors. Stacey is a one of those rare “dream” realtors. It only is she professional, trustworthy, patient, friendly and super personable; her knowledge of Pine Mountain Club, the properties for sale and their history, the local shops and businesses is second to none. Stacey showed us nearly thirty homes , over two days. Add to that, her negotiating skills, her willingness to accommodate almost any schedule and the fact that her customer service doesn’t end when the house records! What more could you ask for, in a Realtor? I’ll tell you what…NOTHING! Stacey will go the extra mile for you. I was a out of state owner of a rental property. In fact, I hadn’t seen the house in 10 years. The property was being sold while occupied with tenants. Stacey was awesome. She handled numerous details with skill, alacrity and knowledge. No detail escaped her and no problem was unsolvable. Stacey found the perfect home for me. We all want the new home to be just what we need and want. Of course, the reasonable buyer understands the home is not going to fit our every need. There are always things we want to change or add….that is just buying a new home.
