I was looking for a year in this area and even tho I was looking almost every day on the internet and when ever I had time to drive up to look around… and If I found something she always made time to show me the house. Stacey would even call to say ,” hey, this house might fit your needs”, she was never pushy and remembered the details of what i was looking for in a house. Highly recommend, Two thumbs up!

Let me make this simple Stacey is amazing! I work in L.A. County and was worried about working with someone outside my County. I did not know what to expect but since day one she understood my needs, wants and most important what was within my budget. I’m by no means a wealthy gal but she took care of me 24/7 and made me feel like if I was buying a million dollar home 🙂 I don’t mean to over credit her but in this industry hard working professionals like her are hard to find. She gave me all the pros and cons of the homes I was interested in. I respected her honesty and how down to earth she was about me choosing the perfect home. Like many I felt prepare for the financing process but there was a major problem, she refer me to a new lender that properly process my loan docs and HUALA!! I manage to close escrow with a slight delay but ultimately it worked itself out and now I have a little cool pad in Kern County that I call my Little Oasis. Even now, after months of closing she continues to assist me if I have doubts, questions or concerns. Don’t hesitate working with Stacey she ROCKS!!!!

Stacey is perfect for what she does. She has great communication skills and is easy to work with. She put my needs first in every step of the way and was always patient with me. We looked at a lot of houses but she only showed me the ones that had the attributes that I told her I was looking for. She never rushed me. She put me in touch with a loan officer that also put me first and got me the best loan possible. She’s an asset to this community and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new home. Her interpersonal skills and vast knowledge of real estate, the area and life experience made this home buying process flawless.

It only is she professional, trustworthy, patient, friendly and super personable; her knowledge of Pine Mountain Club, the properties for sale and their history, the local shops and businesses is second to none.
