I recently had the pleasure of working with Stacey and I can confidently say she exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, Stacey demonstrated expertise and dedication. Having only once before bought Real estate, in 2007, (by “fogging a small mirror”, during the subprime mania),… and then losing it completely in a fire, I was rendered VERY NERVOUS about the idea of “pumping my last cash pile into another wooden box”! Fast forward to 2024: Having known Stacey Havener for well over a decade, I naturally trusted Her to guide me through “the process of selecting and navigating a deal” to again make a Big Decision and invest my savings. Stacey Havener is More than a “realtor”. I deem her to be an educator,…as she teaches during the day complex process of “doing a (modern day) real estate deal”, which is riddled with complexities and confusion! Like a private Guide, I “was walked along the perilous pathways and calmed down and taught what to pay attention to”(and, what to ignore!), ….to ultimately arrive Safe and Sound …at the end of the trail ! I literally just “had so much fun” doing the this deal that I told her that you “l want to do more and More real estate deals with You!” My (extreme) Anxiety was transformed into Joy… because Stacey Havener is my Realtor!!

Working with Stacey was such an incredible experience. She was the listing agent, and I asked her if she would represent me also, so she was a dual agent for the transaction. Stacey was from the get-go very professional, friendly, and informative. You can tell right away in talking to her that she has been doing this for a long time, has the answers to every single question, and has got a ton of experience! I am a first-time buyer, so I had a lot of questions, doubts, and fears, but she made me feel helped, guided, and supported. One thing that really surprised me was how patient, talented and dedicated she was, and how she would take the time to go through everything, to thoroughly answer every single question I had, to make sure I was aware of every single detail in the transaction, and that I felt comfortable moving forward. Stacey connected me with the escrow company, home insurance companies, and property inspector, and took care of every single aspect. Like this wasn’t enough, she had my back when the lender backed out of the deal, and immediately connected me with a reputable mortgage company that took over and ended up giving me the loan. I always heard of how hard the home buying process can be, but Stacey, her team, and her referrals made everything quite simple and fast. I recently bought my first home and I got so lucky with Stacey and her team! Stacey was extremely knowledgeable and a joy to work with. She was always willing to explain the process to a novice home buyer like myself. Stacey has sold several homes for me but the most recent one became unbelievably complicated. She kept in contact with me every step of the way and was always available by phone or text whenever I had a question. If she didn’t know the answer to my question, she would find out and get back to me very quickly. Every time. Communication is very important to me. From the beginning of my search for a home, during the last months of the crazy “pandemic phase”, Stacey was always very diligent in contacting seller agents, making appointments to see the home, and gave me solid advice when making an offer, gave me the pros and cons, and always upfront and honest whenever I had questions or concerns as a buyer.
